New Chef joins Unilever Food Solutions

Mike Carter is the latest addition to the Unilever Food Solutions, culinary services team, joining as a chef business development and bringing with them a wealth of experience the culinary and commercial to further improve its category and offers.

He joins a strong team of experts who are dedicated to the professional development of a number of components, including KNORR, FLORA and HELLMANN-which nutrition and help cooks create great tasting dishes that keep your guests and customers coming back.


Mike has found inspiration in the kitchen at the age of 11, helping his family restaurant and then went on to study at Guildford College and then trained with the Savoy group.


After working in France, Mike returned to Britain where he held a variety of operational roles with the chef to the catering Manager and spent the last 10 years working in product development for the Master recipe Foods, Nestle and compass.
